Attendance2 is a newly launched application developed by the creator of the initial iOS Attendance app. It has undergone a comprehensive overhaul featuring a new data format intended to enhance its adaptability and user-friendliness.

Main Features:

• Minimal learning curve with robust functionalities that are easily accessible when required.
• Effortless importing of names from CSV files or your Contacts list (refer to website videos for guidance on creating import CSV files).
• Show photos alongside names during attendance-taking; photos can be captured with the device, imported from Dropbox, or chosen from your Photo library.

Gestures during attendance-taking:

• Double tap on a name to access an attendance summary report.
• Long press on status to choose from a list of statuses.
• Swipe right/left across the screen to navigate between previous and upcoming dates.

Data Sharing Between Multiple Devices or Users:

Data synchronization between different users is not supported. However, exchanging the data file amongst multiple individuals enables them to take attendance at varying times. For example, an educator could handle attendance on MWF, pass the data file to the teaching assistant post-Wednesday class, and have the TA manage attendance during Thursday's session - eventually sending back an updated data file. The same principle applies when using multiple devices - simply share the data (via email or Dropbox) with your other device ensuring you are working with the most recent information before making any modifications to it.

The latest iteration of Attendance2 (version 2.0) encompasses all key features of the original Attendance app (version 2.0 introduced Contacts importing). Future updates will incorporate requested functionalities periodically as time permits.
